Many of our Soga products include Free Shipping, while other brands offer Low Cost Shipping with 24-Hour Dispatch. Once payment is received in full, orders typically leave our warehouse the next business day.

SHIPPING ADDRESS GUIDE

You can choose to have your package delivered to your billing address or another address during checkout on the "Shipping Address" page. If you have an account with Heyheyshop.com, you can select an address saved in your account by signing in before checkout.

Please ensure your registered address and contact number are accurate and current. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes, GPO Boxes, or Mail Bags, and we cannot be held responsible for items sent to outdated addresses.

If delivering to a business address, please include the business name.

To ensure successful delivery, make sure someone is available on the expected delivery date. If no one is available, US Post will leave a notification in your mailbox for parcel pickup at your local Post Office. For Fastway deliveries, advance notification will be provided, and a re-delivery fee may apply if you miss the scheduled delivery.

GENERAL SHIPPING TIME FRAME

Estimated delivery times are typically 2-3 business days within Victoria, 3-5 business days within NSW and SA, and 7-10 business days within WA and NT. These are estimates provided by the courier. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
