Before Returning an Item
If you wish to return a product, please reach out to our support team first. Our friendly customer service team will provide you with the return address and guide you through the return process. Please note, our warehouse functions primarily as a dispatch center and cannot accept returns or process sales.
Damaged or Defective Items During Transit
If you receive a damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will assist you promptly. We take utmost care in packaging our products securely with high-quality materials. For damaged items, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To initiate the process, we may request photos and/or videos of the damaged item. Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.
Faulty Items
For minor issues, we provide spare parts. Major issues require the item to be returned for repair; if repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided. Please reach out to our support team if you need to return a faulty or damaged item.
Change of Mind Returns
You may return items for a refund or replacement within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will exclude the original postage, handling fees, and a 5% administration fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Late Shipment
You can email us, and we will provide the tracking number. We can also request for tracking update from our courier. But the best way is to contact the courier directly as you might have missed the delivery attempt made by them. Once you contact them, they will investigate further to know the reason why the delivery has been delayed.
Shipment will normally take 5-7 business days if the given address is within USA.
Purchases Made by Mistake
Items purchased in error can be returned within 14 days for a refund or replacement, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will exclude the original postage, handling fees, and a 5% administration fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Product Not as Described
We guarantee that all items supplied are as described and fit for their intended purpose. If not, you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be in their original packaging and unused for refunds to be processed.
For Marketplace Sellers/Third-Party Sellers Returns
Products purchased from third-party sellers on our marketplace are fulfilled and shipped directly by them, not by HeyHey. Each seller has their own return policies and procedures. While some sellers align closely with HeyHey's return policy, others may have different terms. Please review the seller's return policy before purchase, as change of mind returns are at the discretion of the seller and may not always be accepted.
